Mixed Signal Oscowithoscope (MSO)
The Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MSO) delivers exceptional performance with a maximum sample rate of 5 GSa/s and up to 100 Mpts memory depth per channel. Incorporating exclusive Ultra Phosphor® 3.0 technology, it achieves a waveform capture rate of 2,000,000 wfms/s with 256-level intensity grading and color temperature display. The advanced digital trigger system offers high sensitivity and 10 ps trigger accuracy.
This MSO instrument supports multiple advanced triggers, serial bus triggering and decoding. It enables spectrum analysis, power analysis, histogram, waveform recording, enhanced resolution, pass/fail testing, search and navigation. Comprehensive measurement and math functions are provided. The unit features a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen supporting gesture controls and includes WebServer for remote operation.
