This series of oscilloscopes offers two bandwidth options (200MHz and 100MHz), with a real-time sampling rate of up to 1GSa/s, 2 analog channels, a maximum storage depth of 56Mpts, and a maximum waveform capture rate of 500,000wfms/s. It supports hardware-based real-time uninterrupted waveform recording and waveform analysis for up to 120,000 frames. It also includes a DVM module, rich triggering and bus decoding functions, and full-memory hardware real-time decoding.
