Our product is the two-wheeler LCD instrument (model: ZCQTH-6821), designed to work seamlessly with the Two-wheeler touch screen for intuitive riding data display. This instrument, tailored for the Two-wheeler touch screen ecosystem, adopts a flat screen design—aligning with the compact space constraints of electric bikes and motorcycles.
Its external dimensions are 186mm (L) × 119mm (W), with a 16:9 display ratio that optimizes layout for riding metrics like speed and battery level. The visible area measures 154.88mm (L) × 86.72mm (W), ensuring drivers can quickly read information without distraction. For environmental resilience, it operates in -10℃ to +60℃ (≤85% RH) and stores safely in -30℃ to +75℃ (≤85% RH), withstanding outdoor temperature fluctuations.
It boasts over 85% transparency for sharp visuals and a surface hardness of >6H to resist scratches. It runs on 5V DC (powered by 12V) and supports USB/HDMI/VGA interfaces for flexible device connection. The touch display is 34.9mm thick; its touch screen uses G+G structure and COB type, with a Yili IC and <6ms response time for smooth operation. It suits two-wheeler instruments, electric vehicle dashboards, and motorcycle LCD instruments, with a 1-year warranty.
