Machine d'inspection à rayons X pour batteries électriques enroulées
The X-Ray Inspection Machine for Wound Power Batteries is a specialized non-destructive testing device designed to detect internal defects of wound-type power batteries (par ex., cylindrical, prismatic wound lithium-ion batteries). It uses X-ray imaging technology to visualize the battery’s internal winding structure, ensuring product safety, performance consistency, and compliance with manufacturing standards.
Principe de fonctionnement
X-Ray Penetration: An X-ray generator emits low-dose X-rays that penetrate the battery casing. Due to differences in density between internal components (cathode/anode sheets, séparateurs, onglets, électrolytes), X-rays are absorbed unevenly.
Image Acquisition: Un détecteur haute résolution (par ex., détecteur à écran plat, Détecteur à balayage linéaire TDI) captures the attenuated X-ray signals and converts them into digital images, clearly showing the winding layers, tab positions, and potential defects.
Automatic Defect Identification: Dedicated software analyzes the digital images against preset criteria, automatically identifying common defects in wound structures—such as layer misalignment, separator wrinkling, tab offset, empty winding, or foreign matter.
Sorting & Data Recording: The machine classifies batteries as “qualified (D'ACCORD)” ou “défectueux (de)” and sorts them automatically. Entre-temps, inspection data (images, defect types, battery IDs) are synced to systems for traceability.
