Online Robotic Vision Screw Driving Machine
The Online Robotic Vision Screw Driving Machine is a high-intelligence automated assembly device integrating robotic motion, CCD vision positioning, and online production compatibility. It is designed for continuous screw fastening in mass-production lines, with advanced detection and adaptive capabilities to ensure high-quality, efficient assembly of products across multiple models.
Working Principle
Online Feeding: Products are conveyed to the working area via the production line track (no fixtures required; track width adjusted to product size).
Vision Positioning: The CCD camera captures product images; the system analyzes the images, reads CAD-generated coordinates, and calibrates exact screw hole positions.
Screw Feeding & Suction: The screwdriver nozzle suctions screws from the feeder (vacuum gauge verifies screw presence).
Robotic Fastening: The robot drives the screwdriver to the calibrated position, adjusts downward pressure (via pressure sensor), and fastens the screw at the set torque/speed.
Defect Inspection: After fastening, the system checks for defects (missing/floating screws, stripped threads) and records torque waveforms. Qualified products flow to the next process; unqualified ones are rejected.

Consumer Electronics: Mass production of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smart wearables (e.g., fastening screen, casing, and module screws).
Home Appliances: Assembly lines for small home appliances (e.g., air purifiers, electric kettles, smart speakers) requiring multi-model compatibility.
Automotive Electronics: Fastening of in-vehicle components (e.g., infotainment systems, sensors, and control modules) in automotive part production lines.
IoT Devices: Inline assembly of smart sensors, wireless routers, and IoT terminals (high demand for flexible production and data traceability).
