Conversion Power Module Product Introduction

This Conversion Power Module delivers excellent typical performance, with power ranging from 50W to 200W to meet medium-power conversion needs in various scenarios. It accepts two DC input voltage ranges: 9-36VDC and 18-75VDC, ensuring compatibility with common low-voltage power supply systems. For output voltage, it provides multiple options such as 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 15, 24, 36, and 48VDC, fitting the power requirements of different downstream devices.

 

The module offers two package sizes: 60.8×40.2×12.7mm and 96×46×25.2mm (with optional base), allowing flexible installation in equipment with limited space. It operates within a wide temperature range of -40~+85℃, maintaining stable performance even in harsh thermal environments. Its efficiency reaches up to 92%, minimizing energy loss during power conversion and reducing overall operating costs.

 

It adopts international standard pins, enabling easy integration with standard circuit boards and simplifying assembly processes. It features fast dynamic response, which allows quick adjustment to load changes and ensures stable output for sensitive components. It also includes comprehensive protection functions to prevent damage from overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and short circuits. Additionally, users can customize its electrical parameters to match specific application demands. This Conversion Power Module combines reliability, versatility, and ease of use, making it suitable for industrial control, automotive electronics, and communication equipment.
