Working Principle
Dual-Station Preparation: Operators load products onto one of the dual Y-axis workstations while the other station is in operation, ensuring continuous workflow.
Vision Calibration: CCD cameras capture product images, and the system analyzes them to align with CAD-generated coordinates, compensating for any placement offsets.
Screw Feeding & Verification: Screws are fed to the screwdriver nozzle, with sensors confirming proper alignment and presence (preventing empty fastening).
6-Axis Precision Fastening: The 6-axis robotic arm maneuvers the screwdriver to each target position, adjusting angle and depth as needed. The system applies preset torque and monitors pressure in real time.
