Cabinet-Type 4-Axis Vision Screw Driving Machine
The Cabinet-Type 4-Axis Vision Screw Driving Machine is a high-precision automated assembly device integrated with a cabinet-style enclosure (for dustproof/noise reduction), 4-axis motion system (X/Y/Z linear axes + 1 rotational axis), and CCD vision positioning technology. It specializes in automatic screw feeding, precise positioning, and torque-controlled tightening for products with complex screw layouts or irregular shapes, widely used in medium-to-high-precision electronics assembly.
Core Working Principle
Vision Positioning Calibration: Before operation, the built-in CCD camera captures images of the product and its screw holes. The vision software analyzes the images to calculate the exact coordinates of each screw hole (compensating for product placement deviations or minor size variations), and sends positioning data to the 4-axis motion controller.
Screw Auto-Feeding: Screws are sorted/oriented by a vibratory feeder, then conveyed to the screwdriving bit via a flexible tube—ensuring continuous, orderly feeding without jamming.
4-Axis Precise Motion: The 4-axis system (X/Y/Z for linear movement, rotational axis for adjusting the screwdriving angle) drives the screwdriving module to move to the calibrated screw hole position. It adapts to multi-angle or deep-cavity screw holes (เช่น, side-mounted screws on curved casings) that fixed-axis machines cannot reach.
Intelligent Tightening & Verification: The screwdriving motor (with torque sensor) tightens the screw to the preset torque/depth. After completion, the system automatically verifies results (เช่น, checking for missing screws, loose screws, or over-tightening) and records data (torque, position, time) for traceability.
