It uses X-ray imaging technology to visualize the battery’s internal winding structure, ensuring product safety, performance consistency, and compliance with manufacturing standards.

X-Ray Penetration: An X-ray generator emits low-dose X-rays that penetrate the battery casing. Due to differences in density between internal components (cathode/anode sheets, dải phân cách, tab, chất điện giải), X-rays are absorbed unevenly.

Sorting & Data Recording: The machine classifies batteries as “qualified (ĐƯỢC RỒI)” hoặc “khiếm khuyết (của)” and sorts them automatically. Trong khi đó, inspection data (images, defect types, battery IDs) are synced to systems for traceability.
